First American edition. Book 4 Part I was published privately by the author in 1911, Book 4 Part II in 1912. Book 4 Part III, otherwise Magick in Theory and Practice, was published privately in Paris 1929. – From the library of Phyllis Seckler. This book (and others) was sold by William Breeze (Frater Superior of the O.T.O.) and Marcus Jungkurth on behalf of Seckler in the 1990s. With her Ex Libris „Phyllis E. Wade, Dublin, California“ sticker glued inside. – Cover with minor edge wear and slight rubbing. Binding slightly rubbed. Two sheets with notes by Seckler enclosed in the book. A good copy from a prominent previous owner.
